Anyone ever participated in group calibration?  If so, what has been your experience?  Do you usually experience reliability or have there been issues?

Yes, we do a calibration periodically for those in our area.  It helps to be able to compare and discuss scores and what is observed as a group.  This ensures that we are all "on the same page" so to speak and also provides accountability.
