Good afternoon. The CDA course closed on the 5th. We received information that we should expect an email with the next steps to follow to apply for the credential. At least I have not received the email yet. And I would like to know how long it will take. What steps should I follow next? If I can take the general exam first and then the observation, or if something has changed.

Hi it will be very helpful if you use the chat box, they helped me a lot. And speaking about the observation and test .....some of my coworkers did test first while others the observation first.
