How do you renew your CDA after it's about to expire?

I would also like information on that. I have a national CDA, however rules change so fluently and I completed this years ago I would like to know how to go about it.

In my experience if you put in the application before the expiration date, it will be ok. If there's anything missing (like CEU's) you have 3 month to provide what's needed.
