    Hello,  I took the Spanish training Class on Saturday, December 14th and I still haven't gotten my certificate. Who do I need to contact?

    Hello @Raquel Najera,

    I can see that the training is still marked as Active. Once the trainer has completed marking attendance, etc., they will mark the training Complete, and your certificate will appear on your dashboard under Learning > My Training History.
