Hello... I am Amara Khan and haven't received my CLASS certificate from October training, which was in Auburn.

Hi @Amara Khan,

You will need to reach out to your admin or director because it looks like the trainer has yet to mark the training as 'Complete' which would then produce your certificate on your dashboard. As soon as the trainer marks the training complete, you will have a certificate located under Learning > My Training History.
