How do you all debrief with teachers after your CLASS evaluation?  Do you talk to them, give them a copy of the evaluation?  What is the protocol? 

I give them their scores and a couple notes for each area the same day I do the observation. Then I type up a more detailed summary sheet and get that to them a few days later.

My coachees receive the evaluation notes with ranges, not scores.  Agency policy.

We meet when we can, virtually or in person.  This past year was a team approach.  Previous years have been in conjunction with 1 to 1 coaching.
