They can observe you on the playground or outside if it is part of a lesson. But they should have your schedule and see that it is just an outdoor free play time, and not observe. I've had them come early and observe me at breakfast before, even when we weren't teaching a lesson. It was all about the interactions in the cafeteria. Traumatic
