    Hello, I was just wondering if I was previously certified and now doing a recert I have made 2 attempts so far and fail, but unable to see the justifications of where I went wrong, if I fail the 3rd time am I just able to retake another test or do I have to have training all over again I made a 78% each time. It's not that I don't know I be second guessing my answers

    Since you are on your second attempt, we always suggest contacting Reliability Support. Once you do, they will contact you by email to schedule a time to meet over ZOOM so that they can assist you! 

    You can click the "Get Testing Support" link in your certification tile to view more reliability resources. Click HERE to complete the form, and our Reliability Support team will contact you shortly! I am providing screenshots so you can also see how to find it on your dashboard.
