Good morning! I'm wondering if someone could point me toward the CLASSPreK studies that validate CLASS reliability under two conditions: Half day programs and Transitional Kindergarten classrooms. Both of these program formats look qualitatively different than a typical full day PreK3 or Prek4 program. In half day programs, the interactions are, by necessity, condensed into a shorter block of time. In a Transitional Kindergarten program, the interactions are those appropriate to both elementary and PreK programs. Both of these situations have an impact on what the observer notices and interprets. I would like to see the studies that show that the CLASS tool is valid for both half day and transitional type programs.
