Hi there,

It sounds like you might be looking to upload your certificate for a local program in Florida, is that right? If this is for the bonus/stipend program, all of the ELCs are the ones managing this. They are also the ones that are collecting certs for courses and trainings completed. I recommend reaching out to your local ELC to inquire about the process for certification submission because it is slightly different for each ELC. I hope this helps!
