    I could not get into course 3. Completed course 2. Can't find the problem. Can someone please help me?

    Hi @Jennifer Ratliff,

    I am so sorry you were having trouble! It appears as though your course is open, you will just navigate to your learning hub and should see both course 2 and course 3. It may be that the system took a few minutes to update and open your course once you completed course 2. I hope this helps!

    Hello, please I have two questions. I finish course 2 and I'm
    not received any certificate. And course 3 is not open with
    me too. Just I need to know if this normal. Thank you.

    I see you are working in Course 3, congratulations!

    We are experiencing technical issues that are currently being resolved with certificates! If you need a certificate for Course 1 and Course 2 before the issue is resolved, please reach out to contact@teachstone.com

    In that email, state that you require certificates for your CDA with CLASS course 1 and course 2 completion. The certificates will be manually created for you.
