    what are the 8 courses I am confused I have been completing courses but when I go to my trainings it say I haven't completd any trainings I need some help please

    Hi @Shabresha Amos,

    I am attaching a screen recording for you so that you can see the courses you are enrolled in! When you go into one of your courses, you will see a green check mark to the right of each assignment; this means you have completed that assignment. When you see a gray circle, this means that the assignment is unfinished and needs to be completed. You will see this throughout your courses. Once you have completed everything, your certificates will be located under the My Training History tab on your Teachstone dashboard.     i just tried to do this following your screen recording and i'm still not seeing the courses.. It could be something on my end but I am unsure!

    Hey the only thing I am unsure of is the portfolio not sure on what I need in it and I could not download all of the information because my phone does not have enough storage

    Hi @Shanise White! I am happy to help. Are you needing your certificate for completing the portfolio? I am attaching a screenshot to show you it's completed and you can download it from your dashboard, or by going to the top and clicking Learning > My Training History. Let me know if you are still having trouble!
