  • 1.  Courses Resetting

    Hello,

    I am having an issue. I previously needed an extension to finish Course 1. In Course 4 I was still on Module 7 but it wasn't due yet. I emailed my instructor a few days ago because in the previous Modules I had completed for Course 1 everything transgress over but my discussion posts. She said I would have to re answer them, which was fine by me. 
      Tonight when I went to go do the discussions, everything was restarted, all of the modules entirely. My quizz scores, and assessments both gone. I checked Course 4 just in case, and found the same thing. Mind you for Course 1 I had completed Module 8 entirely before messaging the Course instructor.
