i have missed course two because i honestly didnt know about it after course one but i receive and email saying i can restart course two December 23 will there be a link then for the course

So I tried logging in today, to see if I could do course 2, but I have been locked out even after doing the syllabus quiz. I know I have fallen behind, life got busy with family emergencies, but I thought I still had time. How do I remedy this? Am I also pushed to Dec 23, because I haven't received any emails?
