I want to make sure that you were aware of the fact that I sent messages and called trying to disenroll from the program. I never got the book, I told my director tge 2nd day of class (Tuesday) that I was disenrolling and she told me to let you know. I have not received a phone call back or a confirmation of my request and I still get messages from the program. Can someone please confirm that I am no longer in the program?
