    How are other Directors encouraging and inspiring their teachers to practice what they are learning from CLASS? 
    Other than the actual score and the day of assessment?
     I am self motivated but I know that I'll need to help coach some in this. Do you have helpful suggestions?

    We've done a few things....
    1.  I send out a "Monday Morning CLASS' handout that highlights one specific skill to practice, give a brief review of what the skill is, some samples and ask them to practice it during the next couple of weeks then share on a group thread what they did and how it went.
    1.  Our teachers do a monthly 'Teacher Calendar' to highlight their month, due dates etc., at the top they set goals for the month as well as strategies for things they want to work on, we encourage them to put a CLASS practice on there
    2. We've added CLASS to the weekly lesson plan and ask them to put a strategy they are focusing on
    3. We've done little workshops where staff can look at books and write on post it's some good questions they can ask as they read, questions that support CLASS practices, do the same for the activities they plan on the lesson plan
    4. Can also write some key questions on sentence strips to put up in the classroom as a way for staff to remember to practice specific things/questions etc.
