Jamie,
That sounds like a really difficult place to put you in by both the staff and the evaluator. I can see why that was uncomfortable. I personally have never heard that you don't report to administration, especially when it comes to things that may be active supervision or safety concerns. I would recommend asking the evaluator to show where you are held to confidentiality with CLASS evaluations (is it a policy?). In most CLASS evaluations, administration knows what is reported so that as you work with teachers for coaching and mentoring opportunities there is a focus and understanding of where skill building can happen.

Subject: Ethics
The previous class evaluator told me that I am not allowed to discuss anything with the administrative staff that I talk about with the teachers when I am going over their CLASS evaluations. I was sitting in on one of the class evaluations that she was going over with one of our Headstart teachers, and the teacher had said that she does not use the curriculum And that she cannot stand one of the students in her classroom and it makes her hate her job and so she just lets the kids run wild. I went to administration and told them and the teacher was reprimanded, and the old class evaluator (Who was training me to take over her position) said that I broke ethics and that Whatever you discussed with the teachers over their class evaluations is not to be discussed with administration. My administrative staff would like clarification if things that you discussed with your teachers and they discuss with you is classified information..
