I am not sure if anyone else is having this problem but I called and spoke with a support person from Teachstone to ask where do I find the practice observations  she directed me to the same screen as the test she told me it will not take you into the test BUT that is exactly what it did. I wated to do a few practice observations but instead it threw me into my first of three test. Where do I go to take a practice observation?

You should be able to access the practice videos from the links in the Test Preparation Checklist (see screenshot below)

I am so sorry you're having trouble accessing the practice videos! Sheila is completely correct, you should be able to access the videos via the "view test instructions" button at any point during your test. Although your first test is open, it doesn't affect your window to test within or anything, so luckily nothing has been impacted by clicking into the test. I signed up to renew my certification and I didn't find the practice videos highlighted like the example above. However,  I did find access to them by clicking on My Courses.
