I need to begin my 40 hours for DCF compliance. 

I am a little confused because I took the ECLD Capstone course and the EOEC Statewide course and passed both of them successfully.  I thought that was ALL I needed.  

Please help me! 

What do I need to do next in order to open my preschool/therapeutic center "exclusively" for special needs children?
