Have your coachees walk each other through the process of completing a simple task (e.g., making a jelly sandwich) from beginning to end.
1st - only allow them to instruct each other by telling what NOT to do
2nd - allow them to say what to do, but if they are not specific the coachee should make every attempt to do it incorrectly (e.g., if they only say "put the jelly on the bread," place the entire jar, unopened, on the loaf of bread)
Let them practice until they are good at giving clear, thorough, step-by-step instructions.
It is a good lesson in not just behavior management, but in general instruction in the classroom.

Hello, looking for a fun interactive game for teachers during a coaching session on Behavior Guidance and Behavior Management for Toddlers and Preschool. Thought I would check with the CLASS community before I created something to use. Open to ideas. Thank you
