  • 1.  hours completed for the training in the certificate

    My certificate doesn't have hours for the course completed. How can I get the correct certificate? My work is asking for it.

    I completed Course 1 in June 2022. My certificate doesn't have any hours either.  I gave my workplace a copy of my certificate (with no hours) and a copy of the breakdown sheet attached that has CDA hours that I 
    CDA hours for Course 1 after completion
    have completed for Course 1.  You can find that sheet in the Syllabus Course that you have completed. 

    I have already sent an email to tech support about a week ago, but hasn't received a reply yet.  I hope your workplace will let turn in  your certificate and breakdown sheet for your hours completed for the course(s) completed.

    Hello Martha and all in this thread!

    We apologize for the lack of hour detail on the CDA with CLASS certificates. Behind the scenes, our teams are working to correct the situation. We anticipate that the certificates for students in our Cohort 3 (start date 4/18) will be corrected in the next two weeks.

    In the meantime, if it is pressing that you have your clock hours for your work site/licensing please reach out to cdasupport@teachstone.com

    A manual certificate will be generated for you until the one in your dashboard is updated!
