I finished the 10 "15-minute" videos for the Preschool bonus but cannot print the certificates. I have tried to call Teachstone for 2 days and cannot go through. I waited for more than an hour and no answer. I also tried Chat Support, and no luck there either. Any suggestions?

This website is very difficult to navigate. I registered for the 4 courses for the grant and one of the courses is only in Spanish. I am trying to call Teachstome for assistance and to change to English. Again, no luck. This is very frustrating!!!!!!!

Are you referring to videos within the video library, or your learning resources? Or are you referring to other videos you're looking for a certificate for? It might help to know the names of the videos. If you are on the webpage and don't see a way to save the certificate, you can always select print, and then save it as a PDF. I am happy to find out more information if you are still having difficulties after I hear from you. Thank you!

Hi, I am having the same issues. After finishing 12 courses required for CLASS grant I don't see any certificate of completion. Can anybody help???
