If you go to dashboard.teachstone.com, you should see a dashboard with tiles. These tiles vary depending on the services that are available to you. Here is my dashboard, for example, where I can select different tiles to access different services. If you want to activate a service and have a product key, select "Activate product key" along the left side of the screen and enter your code to add the service to your account. If you need further assistance, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team at contact@teachstone.com, or via chat in the lower right-hand corner. They can ensure you don't have multiple accounts, which may also be the source of the problem you're facing. I hope this helps!
