I do understand it is best to watch videos once, taking effective notes, in order to successfully code... however is there a limit on how many times a video can be watched or a time limit on completing the test?

In video coding, it's important to watch each segment once without pausing and code the video within 10 minutes. This will mimic observing live in a classroom as closely as possible.
