I just recently changed the reporting I share with staff after an observation.
I now provide a paragraph summarizing what happened during each cycle - not specific to domains or dimensions but using 'CLASS language'.
For example, 'The teachers were in close proximity to the children and made eye-contact with children while engaging in back and forth conversations about the blocks the children were building with.' Then staff will review this information outlining their own strengths and areas needing improvement with their Coach & Supervisor.
