    Hello Everyone!  I am in need of a template so that I can give written feedback to teachers.  Has anyone created something that is separated by the dimensions and you can type in  summary of the observation (including strengths and weakness)?  I would be so grateful to you for sharing your work.

    Hello @Sandra Rocha, @Sue Penix, and @Heather Noe,

    Thank you for reaching out! Often, this information is included in the observation report that summarizes all of the data from the observation cycles. You could include this information in the notes area of your score sheet as well! There are also some threads here in the CLC where others have shared forms they've used for unofficial observations meant for coaching exclusively, I found these using the search feature. I hope this helps!

    I just recently changed the reporting I share with staff after an observation.
    I now provide a paragraph summarizing what happened during each cycle - not specific to domains or dimensions but using 'CLASS language'.
    For example, 'The teachers were in close proximity to the children and made eye-contact with children while engaging in back and forth conversations about the blocks the children were building with.' Then staff will review this information outlining their own strengths and areas needing improvement with their Coach & Supervisor.
