    I have failed in this area twice. I am afraid of the third round but will do it afraid. Re-reading the manual, reviewing high scoring videos, redoing practice videos, got a week's extension, made appointment to get more support but have not received a zoom link. Anyone know where I can find the zoom link to get additional support. I get the message to choose a time but no zoom link, please help anyone.

    Hi Ludia, it sounds like you set up a time with our Reliability Support team so it would be a unique link. I recommend emailing our Customer Support team at Contact@teachstone.com or using the orange Chat with Support button to ask.

    I have followed your advice and contacted someone on chat, I am still waiting for an appointment for additional support. Hopefully it will be soon as my extension ends this coming Saturday the 25th.
