Teachers are supporting the child's growth in many ways Socially, Cognitively, and physically, supporting their milestones. Children learn by exploring the world and seeing how adults responds. Positive interactions help them feel safe and valued.

Small conversations like helping them draw, count or build blocks can build confidence.
children will respond better when you acknowledge them making them feel respected and heard. Saying things like " I know you are very angry right now and want to finish coloring but it's time to clean up our mess would you like me to help" getting on their eye level and making eye contact can make the interaction better with your students and more positive, so they can learn to respond to the world in a positive way next time. This shapes their development and their view of the world. I want to create an environment where every child feels included and supported.
