I was supposed to have an activation code to access learning resources, but I never got it. Is there a reason why?

The Learning Resources are not accessed with a code.  Your organization will need to add you to the account.  Once they do that, you should receive a welcome email.  If your organization says they have added you, but you do not see the email, check your spam/junk folder as sometimes the emails go there.
