    Hello I have a question… I just finished my CDA classes and I have my certificates but my director (boss) is asking me for my transcript. I have reached you so many times through the chat, email, call and they just send me to different websites and nothing. Do I need the transcript for the specialist visit to observe me? Or to do my CDA test? I need to have a response. I'd been working so hard to get this credential and I'm begging if someone can give a good response and help please 🙏🏼

    Your transcript is a list of the trainings that you  have received.  Your training record is part of your professional portfolio that is reviewed when you are observed.  You do  not need your transcript to take your test.

    Hello Larissa!

    I sent you an email to check in with you about the transcript request. You will want to print out all of your course certificates for the credentialing process, however, if there is something else your director needs to confirm your training hours, please let me know!

    We created a step-by-step for walking through the credentialing process, I'm going to attach it here!

    You should not need your completed portfolio the day of your test.  Typically your test is completed electronically.  You will need it for the day of your observation.
