Hello, I am wondering if there is any information regarding the amount of notes to justify the codes we have assigned? For example: for a score of 6-7, does there need to be 4-5 concrete examples in our notes section? or a mid-score needing 2-3 concrete examples from observation? Interested to hear your thoughts.

I believe additional guidance on the effectiveness scale would be helpful.  There is no clear guidance on what was incorrect after reliability test.
