I work with educators who choose improving a specific dimension as a goal. What observation cycle/process/strategy have you found supportive of coaching teachers towards a particular dimension goal? I don't plan to do the standard 15 min obs. 10 min code cycle for these types of observations but am looking for a cycle that makes sense. Any tips or expertise would be welcome!
