    Hello CLC Members, Happy Teaching with CLASS Thursday!

    In this episode, Deidre Harris is back. We go a little deeper into the ways the CLASS tool can help us get on the same page with our colleagues and create our team vision to agree on how we want to work together. We also use the CLASS to help us think about how to manage sticky situations because, as Deidre reminds us, it's not an if; it's a when. What sticky situations have you been in recently in your classroom? What resources did you use, or what actions did you take to resolve them?

    Hello I liked this reading and listening to the podcast it is centered around what part of a discussion we had in astaff meeting yesterday with all staff at my center.The communication has to be there so we can all be on board and going in a positive direction and everyone can have an opinion it is ok we do not focus Hloween but we can do fall activities for classroom an family night . ..Have a great weekend Tersa Shaw

    I agree, things to come together when we all can agree on things and work together to get it done. Communication plays a big part in a work setting so that every is on board and knows what is going on as well.
