  • 1.  Pre-K CLASS domains ( Online training)

    Good evening

    Right now, I am working on the online training before the actual due date.

    The training was running excellent, but when I try to open " The pre-k CLASS domains", the system could not let me go forward.

    Would you please help me out to resolve this issue, so that I can be ready for the actual training period which is planned for the 25th of June 2025?

    Hi Eskinder,

    I had a similar issue before; sometimes it's just a browser glitch. Try clearing your cache or switching browsers (like from Chrome to Firefox). If that doesn't work, reaching out to Teachstone support directly usually helps. Hope it gets sorted soon.

    Thank you for your prompt response.
    I have changed the browser to google chrome and was able to do the training regarding "the Pre-K CLASS domain".
    After I took the test, the system could not allow me to continue further.
    What is to be done?
