Every fall our organization reaches out to our Teachstone representative and updates our list of classrooms and teachers. We are billed accordingly. As an observer, I ensure that each classroom and teaching team is correct by logging into our Teachstone account.
Go to "Observations", then "Class data collection". Choose "Create Observation" and the CLASS edition you use. From there, go to the pull down menu of centers and check that all your sites are there.
If you still have questions, reach out to the primary administrator of your Teachstone account. That person is listed under the "Manage Organization" tab on your main page.
