Questionnaire

    So, I saw someone used questionnaires for their children's parents so they know how they did the night before via what they ate, how they slept, etc… I currently work in the pre-k classroom and I feel like a lot of the children act out. Should I make up a questionnaire? How effective do you think it would be?

    I think this is a really awesome idea, this way you get to know the children better and their bedtime routines at night.
    The only downfall to this would be some of the parents would not fill it out.

    I feel it would be a great idea and the parents do actively answer them and send them back. We even ask them if there are things they would like for us to work on specifically with their child or in the classroom

    Honestly I believe that would help. I work for Head Start but they have a program called early Head Start and in early the parents have to fill out a sheet that is called toddler gram and on that sheet it ask questions such as, what did the child eat , when did they go to bed, any marks on the body, and so on.
