    Good morning,
    My CLASS observer certificate expired after one year . I no longer work for the company that originally payed for my training & certification? What can I do at this point . Thank you

    Hi there,

    You may qualify for our recertification amnesty program! This program helps observers who have lapsed certifications regain their certification in certain instances. To apply for the program, please reach out to our Customer Support team at contact@teacshtone.com. Even if you were not the person who paid for your training originally, your certification belongs to you and you are able to continue to recertify on your own and work as an observer for any organization.
