    Who can I reach out to help me with re-certification for HS? I logged on and it says I have 67 days left, but when I clicked to do today it says it expired yesterday. I had surgery so was not able to do before today.

    Hi Irma,

    It looks like you already started your CLASS 2008 Pre-K Reliability Test so you will see that you have until  2024-05-14 to finish your reliability test. If you need an extension, you can click the Test Extension link on your Certification page.

    Hi. The notification means you are no longer a reliable observer, but you have time to complete the recertification before you will have to take the course again. Hope this helps.
