Good afternoon, I am confused about the scoring for CLASS, I know someone that took the test and scored 84% but was not reliable, can someone explain to me how that is possible when you only have to be 80%?

Hi Senora,

In addition to scoring at least 80% overall you need to score at least 2 out of 5 within each dimension. My assumption would be the person did not meet the second requirement. I have attached an example that was in the CLASS training that I completed. Even though the overall scoring was passing this person only scored 1 of 5 in quality of feedback therefore they did not pass. Hope that helps!
