    Hello,

    I took the training through Aspire, after the training I took the test twice but I didn't pass. On my third attempt the window expired. I was wondering if there is a possibility to take my third attempt or if there are any trainings available?

    Hi Gabriela, I'd recommend reaching out to our customer support team. You can typically request an extension if it hasn't been too long. 

    I'd also highly recommend reviewing our Reliability Support resources and then reaching out to reliability@teachstone.com . They can help you look at where you scored too high or low on the first two test and see any trends so you can correct before your third attempt.
