You can contact Customer Support by using the orange "Chat with Support" button in the lower right-hand corner, or by emailing contact@teachstone.com - those will be the fastest way to reach someone and save you the most time! If you need to call instead, you can use the number 866-998-8352, but I recommend one of the other methods as the phone typically takes longest and the agent may need to follow up via email anyways.
