    I wanted to ask the CLASS community on what has been best practices you've used to help teachers with teacher to teacher interactions in the classroom? 
    What resources have you used? Any video recommendations?

    im curious what exactly you need advice on? any specific type of interactions? such as conflict resolution or just making a new teach feel comfortable? etc. :)

    A specific interaction would be creating positive climate and conflict resolution between teachers. Some teachers in the classroom are only seeing the negative in teachers and don't seem to see pass the negativity.

    I have found over the years personality test such as D.I.S.C. to assist with better understanding where each teacher's perspective is. Example a person who is Direct seems rude or unapproachable.
