Hello,

What are we doing when we fail all three times? I cannot afford the training again. I got a 72 on my second and third try and I had reliability help before the third try. I don't know what to do. I need this for my position at my center. I asked for a fourth attempt but it was denied. Not sure where to go from here.

Ugh, I hear you Rachel. I failed all three times as well and feel frustrated. I got 78 my second and third times, and what I find most frustrating is that I clearly have trouble with one part, yet we have to retake everything - all five videos, all the coding. Were you able to try a fourth time?

Omg, a 78 would have killed me! So no... they did not allow me to take the test a 4th time. I just retook the ENTIRE 3-day course last week so I can take the test again, and let me tell you... I am frustrated beyond belief. The training was not as thorough as the first one and I did not learn one thing that makes me feel confident in retaking the test. I don't know where to go from here because I am literally terrified to take the test. I have a reliability meeting on Monday, but I cannot believe I retook the entire course and it was even worse than the first time. The practice coding videos were exactly the same and I honestly got NOTHING new from it. There needs to be some kind of training for people that failed 3x and are taking the entire CLASS course again. I am so disappointed and down a ton of money for nothing!
