  • 1.  The dimension of behavior guidance

I would like to ask everyone, does the meaning of specificity in redirection and directions under the dimension of behavioral guidance mean that teachers need specific instructions for direction, or do they need to use positive expressions instead of negative ones? What is the definition of specificy?
I am from Chinese, and there may be some misunderstandings when translating. Can someone kind-hearted give an example for this marker point?
    Thank you so much.

    Hi @Youyuan Wang,

Thank you for reaching out! That's a great question. Essentially, specificity means "being specific." So, when we talk about "specificity in redirection," it means that the educator should use clear and precise methods to help positively redirect behavior. Let me know if that helps and if you have any other questions!

    Best,

    Rachel
