Hello, I'm trying to do the subscription for my Teachestone learn about class video. Also, I have a code for the class primer teachers -Infants/ toddler teacher but it's telling me no remaining usage message I'm getting I know I took one. then for the class primer for leaders I don't have the product key that's required if it's the same code or not.

I am attaching screenshots of how to locate your Learn About videos under your Learning Resources tab. You will want to click Learning > Learning Resources > My Professional Development > Certificates. This is where the Learn About videos are compiled into age groups. Regarding your Infant/Toddler Primer course for teachers and leaders, you may need to reach out to your director as I'm assuming that this was given to you by your director of the organization you work for. If there are any more issues, you may need to contact Customer Support for further assistance.
