After Observation reflection with teams

After you finish your CLASS observation you spend time reflecting on what you observed/how they scored etc. I am curious if you do this with just the teachers or if you have this conversation with the entire classroom team, including assistants.

This is up to the program, but ultimately, the observation is of the entire classroom team, so the best practice would be to sit down with the entire team, including the assistants. I hope that helps, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have more questions!
