I am sorry you are having trouble! I see you registered for the CDA with CLASS for KinderCare (4 Course) at the Pre-K level on May 31. Im seeing you have courses 1 and 4 on your myTeachstone dashboard for you to begin. Once those courses are complete, then courses 2 and 3 will appear. I apologize that you never received an email, sometimes they end up in the spam folder but I will be sure to have someone follow up with you.
I am including a screen recording to show you how to access your courses and where to begin. You will see when I am in your course 1, the assignments are greyed out. To begin, start on the first item, once it's completed, you will notice the grey circle beside the item will turn into a green check mark. Once each section is completed, the next section will become available.
