Hello! I am currently putting together my portfolio but I have so many questions because I feel like there's a lot of stuff that I'm missing or can't seem to find. I seen that someone asked a similar question on the community thread already but I wanted to expand on it to include more questions that I have. I will put them below in list form.

-Are there portfolio items that are supposed to be included that aren't listed on the "My CDA Professional Portfolio" tear-out page from the CDA book that serves as a Table Of Contents? I remember things like Weekly Plan and Record Keeping Forms being mentioned but they aren't listed. I also can't find a template for these things at all? Where would I find these and is there a master list of everything that needs to be included altogether in the portfolio?

-Where can I find a printable template for (Tab I's) Resource Collection Items VI-1 through VI-2? I feel like I keep missing it somewhere? 

-What is Resource Collection Item V?

-Can the Weekly Menu be a menu from ANY week we choose? (regarding RC 1-2)

-Where can I find RC 1-3? I can see that RC 1-2 is the weekly menu but what is RC 3? Is this a different sheet that I'm missing?

-Where can I find info for RC VI-3 Legal Requirements? Am I able to just Google this information and record it on this sheet?

-Do we keep the tear out sheets in the CDA book (pages 101-106) inside of the book for our observation specialist to fill out or do we place them in our portfolio in a certain section?

Apologies for all of the questions. I just want to be as organized as possible and make sure that I'm doing everything correctly.
