I recertified for CLASS and passed but feel I still need help observing Instructional Support not sure what direction to GO. I think this was my 13 certification and still question myself.

Thank you for reaching out! I would highly recommend re-reading the manual for a refresher. You can also look into purchasing a calibration HERE.
