CLASS 2nd edition teacher training and mateirlas

I remember hearing in one of the webinars that Teachstone would be providing a training for teachers so that they understand the changes in the 2nd edition. Is this currently available? Is this the same as the webinars I have attended as an observer? Also, when can we expect more updated materials be available for purchase such as a dimension overview trifold.
