 Content on PK-3 Video Library not accessible

Hello

When I try to play a video from the "PreK - 3 Video Library" a message pops up that says "Content violates security policy" and tells me to contact my administrator. I do not know who I should contact. The Video Library is listed in my account and I can open the pages but the videos won't play. Can anyone help me or tell me who I should contact for assistance?
